What we collect, and only that
If you fill in the callback form on the front page, we get your name, your phone number, the service you picked and whatever you typed about timing. A barber uses it to call you back and then it stops being useful to us.
- We never ask for a card number on this website, because no payment happens on this website.
- We do not ask for a date of birth, a social security number, an address or any government identifier.
- Standard server logs record an IP address and browser type, the way every website on the internet does.
We do not sell, rent, trade or share personal information with anyone for money or for anything else of value. There is no list to be on and no partner receiving it.
Advertising, Google Ads, remarketing and Customer Match
We run local ads through Google Ads so that men in Ocoee and the towns around it can find a barbershop on West Colonial Drive. Third-party vendors including Google use cookies to serve ads based on someone's earlier visits to this site, which is what remarketing means: if you looked at the price board and later see our name, that is why. We do not upload customer lists to Google's Customer Match, and we do not build audience segments from anything typed into the callback form.
You can turn personalised advertising off at Google's Ads Settings page, https://adssettings.google.com/, or opt out of third-party vendor cookies through the Network Advertising Initiative's consumer opt-out page. You may also opt out by writing to us directly and we will delete what we hold.
Your rights — CCPA / CPRA and GDPR
Florida residents and residents of California may, under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, ask what personal information we hold about them, ask for it to be deleted, ask for it to be corrected, and know whether it was sold or shared. Our answer to that last one will always be no, because we do not sell or share it. Visitors from the European Union and the United Kingdom have equivalent rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability under the GDPR.
To exercise any of these, call the shop on (407) 614-2738 or email frontdesk@gondosa.shop. We answer within thirty days and we do not charge for it. We will never treat anyone differently, or price a haircut differently, because they asked us to delete their information.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. Advertising cookies described above come from Google when its tags are present. Blocking cookies in your browser will not stop you reading anything on this page.
Children
We cut a lot of children's hair, and their parents book it. This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under thirteen through it. If a child submitted the callback form, call us and we will delete it the same day.
Prices, cancellations and refunds
- The prices on the front page are the whole price. Nothing is added at the counter.
- There is no membership, no subscription, no package sold in advance and no charge that repeats.
- No deposit is taken to hold a chair, so there is nothing to lose if your day changes. Call and tell us, or do not; the chair goes to the next man on the bench.
- If you sit down, we cut, and you are genuinely unhappy with the result, come back within seven days and we fix it at no charge. If it cannot be fixed, we refund what you paid for that visit, in the shop, the same way you paid.
- We do not ship, deliver or sell any product, so there is no return policy for goods — there are no goods.
One website, one page for everyone
The site lives at the root address, https://gondosa.shop/, and every visitor and every automated crawler receives that same page. There is no separate copy on another hostname, no redirect sending anyone somewhere else, and no challenge screen standing between the page and whoever asked for it.
Changes to this notice
If anything here changes we update this page and change the date at the top. There is no mailing list to notify, because we do not keep one.
